Meet The Owner

CARLOS IVAN

Growing up, my dad was into landscaping and this exposed me to getting my hands dirty at the tender age of seven. Some moments later, I developed a strong interest in an area that would engage me physically, and at only 15, I had a strong predilection and an insatiable desire to practise outdoor construction, a course that would put me in the central focus in assisting homeowners in turning their dreams into a reality. With an initial desire and dream to establish my own landscaping company, I coined and started Stone Landscaping Design and Build Company. This dedicated company shares in your vision and guarantees you 100% satisfactory work on an affordable budget.

Apart from being an avid contractor for more than 10 years now, I have worked in the Special Forces in Mexico for three years, an experience that allowed me to learn the highest levels of discipline, dedication, and a set of values that help me offer the best at Stone Landscaping Design and Build Company. I am well trained in construction, and I have acquired a contractor license C-27. In an effort to perfect my art, I have organized and attended numerous construction seminars, classes and workshops in and out of the US.

Whenever I’m not absorbed in the fast-paced work life, you will find me reading some valuable materials that will make me a better outdoor contractor for you and for our community.

We will deliver the first design draft in 5 days (we had demand on designs) you can make the required change and revise until you are completely satisfied

DESIGN APPROVAL

When you are satisfied, you can approve the design and request for the final delivery

FINAL DELIVERY & BUILD YOUR VISION

One time is approved, you can complete the final payment to receive the full set of drawings . Once everything is good to go, we get to building your outdoor living.
